House Call Pet Service offers In-home veterinary care for cats, dogs, birds, chickens, ducks, pocket pets and exotics including guinea pigs, rabbits, rats, lizards, snakes and turtles.
Basic Fees
- Telemedicine consultation, for established clients: $90
- House call: $60
- Exam/Consultation: $85
- Reduced exam fee for additional Pets: after 2 pets, exam fee drops to $75 for additional pets.
- Nail trim: $22
- Microchip: $85
- Milage: $7/mile added to entire milage if beyond 15 miles from 2397 NW Kings Blvd
In-Home Euthanasia Pricing
- In home euthanasia: $265
Price includes: house call, exam and consultation, injectable sedation and final injection, with remains left in your care - Paw Print or Hair Clipping Keepsakes available upon request for additional cost
- Transportation and Cremation services with ashes back (private) or no ashes back (communal) is available. Price estimate available upon request, based on weight.
Vaccines
Vaccines are tailored to your pet’s needs. Doctor Barrington will review your pet’s lifestyle and make recommendations for your pet.
A current exam with Dr. Barrington is required to update any vaccination.

Rabies and leukemia vaccines are non-adjuvanted, aluminum free (aluminum vaccines have shown higher risk of vaccine associated induced sarcoma cancer)

- Fecal exam: $80
- Heartworm, Ehrlichia, Lyme and Anaplasma (4DX): $70

- Young wellness profile (Chemistry, CBC, fecal and heartworm): $195
- Service Area
Area of service includes Benton and parts of Linn county: Corvallis, Albany, Philomath; will travel to Monroe, South Salem, Lebanon, Alsea. If further than 15 miles from 2397 NW Kings Blvd, Corvallis, there will be a $7/ mile mileage fee added for entire milage.
